Une vie extraordinaire à la lettre d'un homme né musulman et reconverti chrétien tout en affirmant sa parvenance originelle du monde arabe. Un vrai médiateur des deux cultures alors considérées incompatibles. Bien qu'il doit son succès aux efforts protecteurs de son parrain Louis Massignon, un homme religieux dédié à racheter la vie perdue d'un jeune homme, comment est-ce qu'un mode de vie pareil est concevable aujourd'hui?

かなり有名なウェブ・プレゼンテーションの最新版がdotSubに上がっていたので，日本語に翻訳してみた. dotSubでは，このぐらいの文章量のものであればものの30分ほどで翻訳が行える．もちろん，もともとが平易な英語なので，日本語化の効果はそれほど高くはないかもしれないが，クリエイティブ・コモンズの説明を未見者に対しておこなう際に役立てる内容ではある．

Voilà que ça fait à peu près un mois que j'ai commencé à traduire l'Abécédaire de Gilles Deleuze (réalisé par Pierre André Boutang en 1988 et publié en 1996 après la mort du philosophe) en Japonais, sur dotSub, et puis télécharger leur capture d'écran avec le sous-titrage japonais sur Nicovideo pour récolter des commentaires.

すべてがJ. Piagetから始まる構成主義の系譜に合流しようとしているかのように感じる．

たとえばL. Lessigが「Freedom to tinker」といって、情報に直に触れることの重要性を説いているが、同じことをPapertもPaskもvon Feursterもずっと前から構成主義のわくぐみのなかで構築してきた．

触れてみないと自分という領土のなかに内包できない．手で触れられるものは分かりやすい．だからこそテで触れられるということは大切だといえるし、同時に手で触れられないものに形を与えることも同様に重要なんだ、ということ．

運動は、現実からはじまらない。それは現実の一歩先からふりかえる。現実の延長上にあるべきものをかんがえるのは、抑圧者の文化だ。高度成長の論理はそこでつまづく。それはおもいがけない変化に足をさらわれる。計画経済はその反対のようにみえながら、権力機構の強化におわる。実践はここからかなたへむかうのではなく、かなたからここへ、未来から現在へむかうまなざし、時間をさかのぼり、空間をさかのぼる。この時間の逆流が歴史をつくり、空間の逆転はどん底から世界をひっくりかえす民衆の運動になる。

The author carefully traces back the genealogy of authorship in order to criticize the notions of intellectual property (as a form of theft) and copyright (as a fraud) and to redefine the idea of Commons. Eventually, she argues that Creative Commons is a Romanticist regression that promote the contradiction of affirming the genuine individual and the commodization of her work by copyrighting it. According to Nimus, the appropriate and authentic ways to build commons are copyleft, public domain and anticopyright strategies: otherwise, capitalist commercialism would prevail at last.

前者をとおして得られる感情のほうが後者におけるそれより大きいのは当然のことだろう。つまりは文脈主義的相対主義。
窮極的には、紛争のない完全なる平和のなかで作られるフリーカルチャーは、どのように文化的な強度をもつことができるのか、という問いへとつながっていく。

L'accélération du populisme dans les politiques démocratiques se font au dépit des fonctions prévisoires, voir prémonitoires, des Etats. L'incapabilité des gouverneurs de devenir impopulaire afin de conduire leurs projets à long terme nous mène au refus des changements nécessaires.
Voici les propos d'un homme qui a soutennu le Roi Mitterand. (c'est assez intéressant de voir qu'en France, le socialisme porte souvent le visage des royalistes, mais ceci n'a peut-être rien de nouveau depuis la Révolution...) A continuer à réfléchir.

Q Quelles peuvent être les conséquences de cette incapacité?
A ...Les totalitarismes nationalistes ou religieux refont surface. On voit même poindre des totalitarismes involontaires... Dans un autre domaine, je n'oublie jamais que le premier à avoir mis en application la politique des grands travaux de Keynes s'est appelé Mussolini, que le deuxième a été Hitler.

Q ... qui est le mieux armé pour penser le futur?
A Certainement les Asiatiques. Par peur et par mégalomanie, les Indiens et les Chinois jouent avec plusieurs coups d'avance. ... Les mieux armés sont, selon moi, les petits Etats...

Q Quelles peuvent être les solutions pour les démocraties des grands pays?
A ...Les jeunes ont à leur disposition des moyens d'expressions de plus en plus efficaces : Internet, les blogs, le Web 2.0. ... Il faut donc intégrer (les nouvelles technologies et les techniques de surveillance qui menacent les libertés individuelles) dans une nouvelle conception du droit.

Q Un gouvernement mondial pourrait-il nous aider à penser l'avenir?
A ... Le projet est assez simple - fusionner le Conseil de sécurité et le G8. Cette solution serait légitime et représentative. Les Chinois et les Indiens y ont intérêt. Encore faudrait-il que les Européens et les Américains le veuillent...

Quite fair and balanced review on the inabilities, problems and promises of the current United Nations. I really hope Mr. Ban Ki-moon, the new secretary-general of the UN, would 'surprise' all the under-estimations targeted at his leadership. One touchstone of his ability and originality would lie in success and failure to redefine UN's distance toward the super powers, namely US and China, in favor of a more simmetrical yet efficient relation with the rest of the world i.e. G77.

"In order to legitimate such strategy, we can conceptually consider the public institution being a pseudo-environment with its own constituents where social creativity generates the platform itself, in the manner of Luhman's communication theory referring to the auto-generating (autopoietic) system in life science.

In this context of live environment, the idea of prochronism, a term coined by Bateson can help to understand the importance of the archive. Prochronism is the environmental value of a given live existence that contains its 'curriculum vitae' of progression through time inside its material form (i.e. a conch shell carrying the snailﾕs pattern formation history) so that the observer can relate herself to it, in order act upon it.

In this sense, the digital archive achieves the prochronistic value of the public institution for the public to transparently understand its structure and to relate themselves through participation."

なめらかという形容はものごとを外部から眺めたときに生じる静的な感情である（とかんがえてみる）。なめらかは形態にかかわる。
ゆるやかという形容はものごとの経験のなかで生じる動的な感情である（とかんがえてみる）。つまり、ゆるやかは時間にかかわる。

グラフや数式の曲線、車体や建築物の表面、惑星や天体やガラス玉の球状にはなめらかな美しさがある。
歩行中のまわりの風景の変化、飛行機が着陸するときの地面の接近、演奏者が瞬時にであれゆっくりとであれ微音の状態から高揚していく移行（またはその逆）にはゆるやかな美しさがある。

しかし、なめらかなものからゆるやかなものを見て取ることはできる。ゆるやかなものの結果としてなめらかなものが生じることもある。

細かいはなしだが、日本語の細かさはなめらかであり、その成長はゆるやかな美しさを湛たたえている。
